Leadership · Seva · Growth
Equipping young Sikh professionals with the vision, skills, and dedication to lead with purpose and strengthen their communities.
Young Sikh professionals aged 24–30 who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in their communities and are ready to invest in their leadership journey.
Participants contribute only $199 — the remainder is generously covered by the Foundation. We believe cost should never be a barrier to growth and leadership development.
All vegetarian meals, travel, and accommodations in Muskoka are fully funded. Arrive ready to learn, connect, and grow.
Without a target, no path will find its destination. The retreat helps you set a clear vision — the first step in any worthwhile journey.
Winning seldom happens alone. Use your network as a platform for progress — connect with peers and mentors who share your values.
Success is a series of small wins. Build the perseverance and discipline to chase small victories — they compound into something transformative.
Real significance comes not from individual achievement, but from the difference you make in the lives of others. Your “why” must be bigger than yourself.
